During an Indian festival or celebration, there is no grander way to make an entrance than atop an elephant, and when you’re decorating a room in your home, there is truly no grander way to put an exotic finish on its look than with this wood elephant statue. Constructed entirely by hand out of the finest Indian hardwoods, this figurine shows an elephant with a howdah carriage placed atop its back. A man is shown guiding the elephant’s path at the front of the howdah, and there are two additional figures riding beneath the canopy inside of the carriage. The elephant stands on an oval base that features decorative carvings for a lovely finishing touch. The wood figurine has a natural wood finish and measures 13 inches by 7 inches by 5 inches in size.
